Savannah Edwards is an experienced process and vendor partner manager in Real Estate, eCommerce and FinTech. She has extensive knowledge in risk mitigation, CRM database management and client dispute resolution.
Prior to Lean Corporate Partners, Savannah worked as a Dispute Resolution Specialist for global money-transfer platform Wise. In that role Savannah worked directly with cardholders, merchants, and Visa to resolve issues related to financial transactions to mediate disputes. She has a deep understanding of payment processing systems, financial regulations, and effective communication skills to navigate complex situations and find equitable resolutions.
Prior to joining Wise, Savannah worked as a Risk Management Coordinator for Stitch Fix. She played an integral role in fraud reduction by identifying merchandise theft, account takeovers and card fraud, planning and acting on risk reduction strategies to resolve these issues while driving profitable client retention. She acted as an intermediary between warehouses, carrier companies, banks and clients alike to handle large scale operational issues and develop tailored solutions.
Prior to Stitch Fix, Savannah served as an Accounts Coordinator for Newmark. She was responsible for CRM database management, client invoicing, and site deck creation.
Savannah and her husband Jake currently live in Austin, TX. Savannah spends her time motorcycling, gardening and traveling.

Let Me Say This:
LCP professionals drive “design/install” and “manage/maintain” programs for real estate portfolios and for the IT Networks and Software/ Hardware tools within them. Business Process Design and Optimization are at the core of success, at every level, for our Clients first, and for LCP as well.
Coordination and Execution are are the energy in the system that make Process work.
Follow the Critical Path of any process and every Critical Hurdle has accountabilities:
- What’s the deliverable?
- When is it supposed to happen?
- What’s the measureable value?
- Who’s responsible for making it happen? and
- How does the outcome flow to the next step along the Path?
We can install all the Networked and Integrated Smart Tools under the sun, but they need to be integrated into a Process that works, and the indispensable “humans in the loop” have to know how to work it.
“Set it Up, Never Assume, Always Follow Up.” That’s what I do for my Clients, our Vendor Partners and with my partners at LCP.

8-9-24 The underlying thesis to this retreat of Venture Capital in tech isn't that they don't want to invest, it's that they are having a harder time finding deals.
