Mike Henderson is a recognized entrepreneur and global leader in telecom, media, high-technology, enterprise and cyber security.  Mike leads through vision, a disciplined focus on sustainable growth through the innovation grounded in the needs of the market. He is known for his strength in solving customers’ challenges and developing businesses through an emphasis on advanced product development, strategic channel management, strong alliances and expansion of key vertical markets.

In addition to his leadership role at LCP, Mike is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Cloud Storage Security (CSS) Corporation.  CSS is dedicated to solving the security and compliance challenges surrounding cloud storage.  Its solutions are part of AWS Marketplace and marketed directly to large Enterprise companies.
Mike’s past roles make him a perfect Advisor and Thought Leader on the LCP Team:

  • CRO – GXC Corporation:  GXC provides groundbreaking technology for enterprise 5G networks based on a resilient, flexible cellular mesh architecture.
  • EVP Global Alliances – Etiya Corporation:  Etiya is a leading global provider of BSS, AI, ML, and 5G products to communications service providers and enterprises, engaged under Mike market prominent hyperscalers, systems integrators, network solution providers, and product companies.
  • CEO – gen-E, LLC:  gen-E provided leading AIOps service assurance software and support, including Mike’s incorporation of AI, ML and RPA technologies, for service providers and enterprise users of large, complex networks.
  • CSG Invotas – President:  CSG Invotas, ultimately acquired by FireEye, provided global cyber security solutions.
  • Chief Sales Officer – Call Genie:  an industry leader in mobile advertising software and services solutions.  Mike created the company’s global advertising network business, closing major groundbreaking transactions with prominent communication service providers as well as print publishers, radio networks, websites, and TV programmers.
  • President – Telcordia’s Global Solutions:   an early leader in telecom Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS), Telcordia was acquired by Ericcson in 2011 for $1.15B.
  • EVP Global Sales & Marketing – ADC Telecommunications
  • Co-Founder/CEO – PCI: a PE-backed software company that pioneered IP-based interactive voice service application platforms.

Mike holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Let Me Say This:

Explosive change and growth in telecom, private networks and the operations software that thrive on those networks… it’s been tremendously beneficial to the businesses that serve us all.  At the same time, it’s all been equally challenging.

To be realized, great tech ideas have to find purchase, and deliver outsized benefits.  It takes operators who understand “use cases” to turn those ideas into groundbreaking, real-world benefits.  The pace of play is growing exponentially.  Purpose built generative AI engines are pouring fuel all over the fire of change.

The opportunity, actually the very real need, to bring disciplined focus to the countless wonderful services providers in Private Networks, IoT and especially IT Managed Services Provision is real.  I am completely aligned with LCP’s vision of bringing these providers directly into the Commercial Real Estate ecosystem.  The LCP team that Branson is growing brings telecom and tech providers right into the whirlwind of  distributed real estate portfolio development and management (exactly where and when tech decisions for the operations going on in those spaces ought to be happening).

There’s no better time for healthcare providers, retailers and supply chain enterprises to make technology decisions than when they are also making CRE location, acquisition and asset management decisions: before the fact, and in mind of the interplay between their businesses and the spaces they occupy, not after.  LCP and the great tech firms they are partnering with in services provision to CRE occupiers and owner/ investors are putting themselves in exactly the right place to actually realize great ideas in real operations, driving efficiency and benefit for their clients.  Call me and let’s talk about it.
