Multifamily isn’t going anywhere but up, despite naysayers, especially at the higher end of the market, and smart building technologies relying on strong, reliable networks are table stakes in the game (all of which is what we do at LCP).

AI is coming for multi-family too, but we’ve got lots of basic blocking and tackling to do first just to properly bring our buildings and apartments on-line first.
