Savannah Edwards is an experienced process and vendor partner manager in Real Estate, eCommerce and FinTech. She has extensive knowledge in risk mitigation, CRM database management and client dispute resolution.
Prior to Lean Corporate Partners, Savannah worked as a Dispute Resolution Specialist for global money-transfer platform Wise. In that role Savannah worked directly with cardholders, merchants, and Visa to resolve issues related to financial transactions to mediate disputes. She has a deep understanding of payment processing systems, financial regulations, and effective communication skills to navigate complex situations and find equitable resolutions.
Prior to joining Wise, Savannah worked as a Risk Management Coordinator for Stitch Fix. She played an integral role in fraud reduction by identifying merchandise theft, account takeovers and card fraud, planning and acting on risk reduction strategies to resolve these issues while driving profitable client retention. She acted as an intermediary between warehouses, carrier companies, banks and clients alike to handle large scale operational issues and develop tailored solutions.
Prior to Stitch Fix, Savannah served as an Accounts Coordinator for Newmark. She was responsible for CRM database management, client invoicing, and site deck creation.
Savannah and her husband Jake currently live in Austin, TX. Savannah spends her time motorcycling, gardening and traveling.
